We value your time and appointments are reserved especially for you. To ensure all clients have access to our services, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost or forfeiture of your booking fee.

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, and this must be paid before rebooking. Please allow ample time for travel and parking. Late arrivals may not always be accommodated, and the full service cost will still apply if we are unable to complete your service due to your lateness. 

Booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel within the allowed time frame, your fee will be credited to your account and can be applied to future appointments.
